Courageous Truthful Excited

Truth is the difference that makes the difference between this Human Mind Vortex and the Animal Body Vortex below it. The animal body vortex does not value truth. In this field of courage truth excitement, you no longer tolerate lying to yourself. As your vibe rises further, you stop lying to others.

This vibe field is warm, easy going, diligent, persistent, pleasant, helpful, kind, positive, benign, thoughtful, diplomatic, open, sensible, tolerant, supportive, polite, modest, and flexible. This vibe field does moral, honest, hard work.

The emotions of this field include anticipation, accomplishment, challenge, courage, determination, and excitement.

Rising up to this field from the animal body vortex, self-absorption falls away and concern for others emerges. Also, there are huge changes in brain physiology and quality of life.

In this field you let go of the needs of your animal body to enter a very different realm of existence. You release fear, craving, and hatred. Your predatory animal becomes benign.

This vibe field is about choice. Courage is a choice that only you and your will can make. It’s not like the fields of anger and fear that invade you and take over. When you are challenged, you acknowledge and face the situation. You adopt a positive attitude and lead with your chin. When met with a challenge, you choose to hold your head up and keep your eyes looking forward.

This vibe field is facing the future, same with the vibe field of fear. But in this vibe field you turn worry, stress, and anxiety into positive anticipation. Now your eyes are looking upward instead of downward. When you turn your back on fear and enter this field, a strong energy arises from within and you become filled with excitement.

Courage is the zone of exploration, accomplishment, fortitude, and determination. Fortitude is ongoing courage, to continue in the field of courage rather than fall to fear. The vibe of hope pulls you upward, supporting fortitude.

Life and death. Traditionally, women have found courage in childbirth and men have found courage on the battlefield.

You become empowered when you enter this field. Empowerment is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling your own life and claiming your rights. With empowerment, you move away from a sense of lacking something to having personal power. You feel you can act on your own authority.

The courage-chin-up is the last act of force you need to do. That act pulls you up into the fields of power not force. Force is the effort needed to pull the cord that starts the engine. Power is generated by the engine. You are permitted to use the power. As you peer over the top of the chin up bar, you see possibility.

One way to rise to this vibe field is to let go of the need to control someone. It might well be your most life-changing experience. First, notice that you have expectations for their behavior. It is helpful to remind yourself that people are going to do what they are going to do. At best, you have an influence, but not control. Then you can choose this higher vibe just by letting go of the need to control. Once you let it go, you might have to take a moment to breathe and recognize that there are adjustments you have to make. It takes courage to do this.

Moral courage is doing the right thing even though it will bring ridicule from the lower vibes.

Life is exciting, challenging, and stimulating.

I stick my chin out with courage, hiding fear, crushing fear.

I’m thinking, I don’t know how, but I believe it’s possible.

I can face my fears and my character defects and grow despite them.

Life allows me to feel free to grow and expand.

I feel I have permission to try something new.

I feel acknowledged, affirmed, and accepted.

Life is now about service to others, not just myself.

Other people are affirming my words and actions.

I am trying new things and dealing with the changes and challenges that arise.

Everything is looking up.

The yin side of this vibe field is the process of letting go of the attachments that hold you down.

The yang side of this vibe field is keeping your eyes upward, putting your attention on the positive possibilities for the future and pushing any fears behind you. You also ignore any words of denial.

You have to be yang or proactive to continue expending energy in an uncomfortable field. To be yin is to not make a decision and thus risk being knocked down by a harmful event or being pulled downward by temptations.

See those pictures of courage? When you are feeling strong and courageous your head and chest are tilted upward. Your chin is thrust outward. Your gaze is steady and confident. You are feeling secure. Thoughts of fear and doubt are behind you. Your thoughts are only, I can do that!

Raise the Vibe

In courage, you are fighting within, pulled in two directions. You are being pulled downward by the “juiciness” of your animal feelings while the powers of trusthopemercy, and compassion are pulling you upwards.

Find trust. The best way to rise above this field is to find trust. Even fake trust works. First trust yourself. Many fears are based on a lack of trust in yourself, about what you might do. Then trust the people who are close to you. Not to do what you want them to do. In any one moment, they may not have their attention on your feelings. Trust them anyway. In every moment, people always do their best. Haven’t we all said, “It seemed like the right thing to do at the time”?
