Omnipotent

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
Marianne Williamson

Peace starts, “In the Origin story, you called me the origin. You had me picture being outside the universe. I saw the entire universe over all time. I held the entire universe over all time in my hand. It was my honeycomb ice cream cone.”

Qaren adds, “Then you said that the universe was our idea.”

The ferryman says, “Right. And you were the only thing there before the cone. So you are the origin. But what do we know about the origin?

Peace and Qaren both say, “Nothing!”

The ferryman says, “Right. There is nothing to measure, nothing to count, and nothing to see. All we know is that the universe and everything in it came from you, the origin.”

Peace says, “But we know that there is an incredible amount of energy in the universe. So where did all this energy come from?”

The ferryman says, “Everything came from you, the origin.”

Qaren says, “That’s just semantics. The origin is the source of all energy because you said so.”

The ferryman says, “Sure, but stay with me here. This is going to be about your experience. You, the origin, are all-powerful. You have more power than you can possibly imagine. You are omnipotent.”

Qaren says, “Oh, I see. We have the power to make all the energy in the universe.”

The ferryman says, “That’s it. Power is the potential to make energy. But it’s not energy.”

Peace says, “Cool. I’ve got the power. I am omnipotent.”

The ferryman says, “Look at that ice cream cone in your hand. That universe is your idea. You have the power to create everything in it.”

Peace says, “All right! I’m feeling it now! I can’t wait to start creating!”
