Merciful Accepting Forgiving

This is the vibe field of nobility, not by birth but rather by virtue. The noble have high morals and ideals. They are always honest and charitable.

People in this vibe field are emotionally calm and harmonious. They take responsibility for themselves and never play the victim. The emotion of this vibe field is primarily that of forgiveness.

Every religious culture has the equivalent of the rules to obey the ten commandments and avoid the seven deadly sins. People in this vibe practice the intention to obey those rules.

Forgiveness and Acceptance are the same vibe field. The experience of each in the moment is the same feeling. Acceptance is about the future and forgiveness is about the past. Forgiveness is letting go of the resentment of a past event so that your future is free of it. Acceptance is letting go of your dislike of something so that you are not limiting your future.

What must be surrendered in order to be fully resonating in this vibe field? Let go of all of the negative feelings of the Animal Body Vortex including the need to control, the need to win, anger, hatred, resentment, fear, and loss. The more you surrender, the greater the feeling of this field. Your commitment to your ideals keeps you from falling below this vibe field.

I choose to live in harmony with everyone and every living thing. Increasingly, I accept my life situation and every event in life as it is. There are many aspects of life I would desire to change, but I no longer insist that they do.

Acceptance, receiving, being receptive, and having insight are yin. Forgiveness, gifting, being proactive, and doing outreach are yang.

I am feeling as though I am part of a larger group. I no longer feel alone. My energy interacts with the energy of those I care for as if we are one being.

Mercy

Mercy is being with someone without judgement. This is a much higher vibe than any of the vibes in the animal realm which are all about judgement.

Mercy resonates with caring. The rise from enthusiasm into mercy comes easily because with enthusiasm, you feel so good about yourself that the feeling overflows into wanting others to feel good too.

When I am wronged, I condemn the harmful actions but I have mercy and I give them another chance.

Acceptance

As you become more accepting, you also broaden your sphere of inclusion. People in this vibe are inclusive of others. Your arms open to invite others into your vibe field.

Acceptance is the feeling that arrives when you surrender resistance. I choose to accept reality as it is and to do what is within my power to change what I can.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness has many meanings but what’s important here is the feeling and the emotions of this vibe field. This feeling arrives when resentment is released. This vibe is not reached by simply deciding not to remember the past. There is an active decision to release the resentment.

Giving and Receiving

Both giving (or gifting) and receiving resonate with the same vibe and quality of energy. When you are resonating in this vibe field, you are both giving and receiving the energy of this vibe field. This can be in the form of gifts, services, or anything that you feel will be of benefit to the other person or group.

Quotes and Memes

“Go with the flow.”

Mercy

“It doesn’t take much–it can be just giving a smile. The world would be a much better place if everyone smiled more.” ~ Mother Theresa

“I have always found that mercy bears richer fruits than strict justice.” ~ Abraham Lincoln

“‘What a pity that Bilbo did not stab that vile creature, when he had a chance!’ Pity? It was Pity that stayed his hand. Pity, and Mercy: not to strike without need. And he has been well rewarded, Frodo. Be sure that he took so little hurt from the evil, and escaped in the end, because he began his ownership of the Ring so. With Pity.” ~ J.R.R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring

“Mercy is a quality that says, ‘I am going to stand with you in our shared humanity, in the shared dilemma of how impossible it is to be a human being, and recognize from one demented, battered, confused soul to another that it’s hard for all of us here.’” ~ Elizabeth Gilbert

Acceptance

“It is what it is, so accept It!”

“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” ~ Alcoholics Anonymous Serenity Prayer

“Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it.” ~ Eckhart Tolle

“The fastest road to peace is total acceptance of however you are experiencing reality at the moment.” ~ Dr. David R. Hawkins

“All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.” – Arthur Schopenhauer

Forgiveness

“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi

“When you forgive, you in no way change the past – but you sure do change the future.” ~ Bernard Meltzer

“To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.” ~ Lewis B. Smedes

“I see forgiveness as a difficult and noble action — not a weak one, not a surrender or a capitulation. Of course, we can confuse it with giving in, with giving up our standards or principles. That kind of coercive denial could never be healing. Forgiveness is not a single action, but a process. By forgiving those who harmed us, we do not pretend that what harm they caused did not happen, or that it did not hurt. We can see that chronic resentment stands in the way of love. The bitterness that arises from a long-held wrong, gone over and over, encases the heart, making it difficult for love to get through.” ~Sharon Saltzberg

“Forgiveness is not a matter of exonerating people who have hurt you. They may not deserve exoneration. Forgiveness means cleansing your soul of the bitterness of ‘what might have been,’ ‘what should have been,’ and ‘what didn’t have to happen.’ There are perhaps no sadder people than the men and women who have a grievance against the world because of something that happened years ago and have let that memory sour their view of life ever since.” ~ Rabbi Harold S Kushner

Giving and Receiving

“You have to start giving first and expect absolutely nothing.” ~ Dalai Lama

“If you knew what I know about the power of giving, you would not let a single meal pass without sharing it in some way.” ~ Buddha

“You can always, always give something, even if it is only kindness!” ~ Anne Frank

“Generosity is another quality which, like patience, letting go, non-judging, and trust, provides a solid foundation for mindfulness practice. You might experiment with using the cultivation of generosity as a vehicle for deep self-observation and inquiry as well as an exercise in giving. A good place to start is with yourself. See if you can give yourself gifts that may be true blessings, such as self-acceptance, or some time each day with no purpose. Practice feeling deserving enough to accept these gifts without obligation-to simply receive from yourself, and from the universe.” — Jon Kabat-Zinn
